Transvaginal Ultrasound (TVS)

A transvaginal ultrasound (TVS), also known as a pelvic ultrasound, is an imaging procedure that allows fertility experts to inspect the pelvic cavity, such as the cervix, the uterus, the fallopian tubes, and the ovaries.

A transvaginal ultrasound can detect abnormal growths or structures in the pelvic region that could be signs of disease or illness.
